About GO Box
Our mission is to provide locally reusable packaging for locally made products.
We know that building a local circular economy for reusable packaging will require dynamic partnership from many diverse stakeholders. To that end, we are committed to supporting local producers & customers who want to transition away from single use packaging by providing a system of reusable packaging that is safe and sustainable in our operations, transparent in our impact reporting & dedicated to building a future where natural resources are valued and honored through reuse.
Woman Founded & Owned
GO Box was founded by Laura Weiss in 2011. A true visionary, Laura launched our circular reuse system a full three years before the first plastic bag ban was enacted in the US!
In June 2018, Jocelyn Quarrell acquired GO Box from Laura. Prior to GO Box, Jocelyn was focused on sustainable transportation and mobility systems, working for Zipcar & Alta Bicycle Share, where she helped launch & expand bike share systems in cities across the US. Originally from Texas, Jocelyn earned her Bachelors in Business Administration & Marketing from St. Edward’s University in Austin.

The GO Box team has collectively pedaled over 10,000 miles across Portland on our routes to deliver & pick up reusables. In doing so, we’ve prevented over 4 metric tons of CO2 emissions. Give us a friendly wave if you see us roll by!
